Traffic areas

Hello all,

I wonder if I can add custom traffic areas... If so, how and does it involve Traffic_rules.sii?
For example: there is a "No trucks area" which won't allow trucks to spawn or enter in the area...
Is it possible to make a "Only trucks area" so no AI cars or busses are allowed?
And to make it even more specific to allow only certain types of trailers to spawn or enter in the area; like coolliner trailers?

Hopefully it's possible to mod this.
