ETS2 Editor UK map different resolution

Hi, can anyone tell me why on the map editor UK is at a much smaller resolution than that of the rest of europe and all the roads are so short? Has anyone done a map with a full size UK in it?

UK was ported over from UK Truck Simulator. Europe and UK are in a different scale. Europe map are 1:19 but UK is 1:15
