Since 2.03 my complete map has shifted to the Northeast. Ithas only happened to the world map, not to the navigation.

Same issue. I went by video tutorial and this is the order as listed top to bottom (note: Promods resides at very bottom of Mod Manager list with other mods (trucks, trailers, et al above Promods):
