Confirmed! A fence floating above the ground along route 40 outside of Jönköping, Sweden. I have reported this issue in our bug tracking system, bug #5320. Thanks for your report.

I think natvander was joking about the vehicle crashed into the sign being a bug. And yes, this crash scene was intentionally put there. @natvander, while I appreciate the humor, in my opinion it would have been better if the title of the thread and the main focus of the post were about the floating fence issue.
