Mods load order with Project Balkans

Hello, I have downloaded ProMods 2.27, Projekt Balkans 2.7, Great Steppe 1.0.3 , RusMap 1.8 & Southern Region 7.2 mods, but I don't know how they should be set in ModManager.
Mods are in the newest versions. Someone could help me?

It seems like Southern Region isn't working at all. Is this requiring DLC Italia? Balkans aren't too.

Yes both require DLC Italia.
ProMods 2.30 will also require DLC Italia, when it comes out, so you should get it anyways.

Come on, I bought it for only 49.99 in December.
It's currently for 46.89 on Steam.

There are other offers ~40PLN if you don't trust the cheapest one...
