Ban on Discord

I dont know why but I am banned from Promods Community on Discord Server while I sent my game log and game crash document due to crash that I have evrytime. Could any moderator please help me to solve this problem please ? Thank you

You have a pirated game copy which is violating our rules.
You can post a proof that you bought all required dlcs and the game, then you can get unbanned again.
