The left section traffic lights was combined with cross traffic. When I try to turn left when green is on straight ahead and to the right, I sometimes get a red light penalty. You have to turn left at a red light. Discovered in Vernon and Penticton. Probably, the bug is present at all traffic lights on the map.

The advanced left turn (flashing green left arrow) doesn't activate as well, even where it should. This has only started happening with 1.0.1. I am also having the issue where I get a red light penalty when turning left on a green (through) signal.

We are aware of both issues, they are caused by changes SCS have made in game version 1.40. Currently we are unable to repair this without SCS assistance

This bug has been fixed in 1.0.2 and it was already reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #30753.
