Good day folks. I'm not particularly a fan of Workshop mods since I like to update manually, so I got a question regarding convoying with local definitions file from the generator.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the reason the WS mod was added is because each definition file is unique (due to security reasons I heard?) even with the same settings, and the game would consider them different.
The question is, if I send my local def file to a friend I want to play with, will it work? I'm fairly sure it will cause they'd be the same, but then the next question comes in: will the aforementioned security reasons make this way "insecure"? Is there some sort of personal data in these files?
