[2.60] Factual error - Traffic light poles in Flanders (Belgium) have wrong colors

I noticed that all traffic light poles in Belgium are red-white colored. This is factual incorrect. Only within the Capital Region Brussels and the Walloon Region the traffic lights poles are red-white. Within the Flemish Region they should all be black-yellow colored. So this applies to all of Antwerp, as well as those near the companies at Nossegem / Zaventem (east of Brussels in Flanders, which in the game are counted under Brussels). It would be nice if the right colors could be used.
