I think you are missing the RusMap-ProMods Road Connector, see here: Basic Roextended combo's.
(Note: this is different than the RoEx-Rusmap-ProMods Road Connector which you already have)

Thank you, but are you sure, because I’m not entering the area of Rusmap? Which RC do they use now for Promods-Rusmap? And can I update Rusmap by changing the old filea with new one?

It doesn't matter where you are in the map, you cannot use RusMap and ProMods Europe together without the RusMap-ProMods Road connector.

For RusMap v2.44 you can find the RM-PM Road Connector here: Connector for RusMap 2.44 and ProMods 2.61_ Version 1.1 (20.06.22) :
For RusMap v2.45 the RM-PM Road Connector is included in the RusMap archive.

If you mean changing RusMap v2.44 to RusMap v2.45 then yes, you remove the old RusMap files and add the new RusMap files.

Crashes for me too in Poland, always reproducible. Used buffer setting 10, 20 and 30 which make no difference.

On the linked screenshot, it's the roundabout that's ahead of me. Drive past it, turn right to the service station and then driving back to the roundabout it always crashes to desktop.

EDIT: This was with my (except for this location) flawlessly working map combo PM+RusMap+Volga+SibirMap+Steppe+SouthernRegion+Finnmark+MiddleEast+RoadToAsia+Ukraine+RoadToAral.

I have rechecked using a clean ProMods2.62 only profile (no TCP pack, just basic PM) - the issue does not occur there. I'll be slowly adding mods and check after each one, to then inspect its assets.
