Hi, it's quick way to copy one prefab to other (saving all atributes), but modifying the texture?
For example I want to modify "German's Ausfahrt" to other text (with city name and distance for example) and I want to store all settings from original prefab.
How to do that?
Copy sign, but change texture
Ausfahrt is not a prefab but a sign.

But I also want to edit road surface the same way, to change road texture without need to reconfiure options for traffic etc. (for example to have yellow color lines on road)

Indeed. Changing the road markings is less trivial than it looks. There are methods that either changes the road markings everywhere (something you often don't want), or ones that are very hard to work with if you never faced advanced features in ZModeler before (the road templates in the Scandinavia DLC).

I use the map editor with promods 1.98 in my mods folder. There is an ausfahrt sign with the new sign system where you can just delete the word ausfahrt and write something new ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
