How many files were you trying to download at the same time? The limit is 2 concurrent downloads.
What web browser are you using?
Are you using any download accelerators or download manager?
Are you using a shared or mobile Internet connection?

What do you mean by "postponed"? Do you instead mean "displaced"? Please post your "game.log.txt" file after observing this behavior in the game.

I don't think it was due to the cabin accesoires as for the reason above.
I have no idea what the issue was but this fixed it:

That procedure is forcing the removal of the missing accessories. It is equivalent to selling the accessories with the mod installed (as mads1153 suggested) .

These are problems that I've noticed from your log. I do not know what is causing the game to crash because there is no crash signature in the log.

You have ProMods TGS and ProMods CAP in the wrong places in your mod load order. See here: [GUIDE] Load order for recommended compatible maps [1.46]
Poland Rebuilding v2.5.5 requires a "fix" file when using it together with ProMods Europe 2.64.

RusMap 1.45 is for game version 1.45, you need to update to RusMap version 2.46. "PM262_RM2.45_connect_RusMap_v1.0" is the wrong Road Connector to use with ProMods Europe 2.64. Since you are using "ROEXallPMpack263RM246SR11RC" then I suggest that you remove "PM262_RM2.45_co...
